Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi ZEBF 250 W Refrigerator up and running in no time.
Remove all securing tapes and any locks or catches before installation to prevent young children from being trapped inside.
Wash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Do not use soap or detergent, as the smell may linger. Dry thoroughly.
Place the appliance in a location that is close to a wall, but ensure the required distance for ventilation is maintained as per installation instructions.
Leave the appliance for 2 hours after installation before turning it on. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
Plug in the appliance and switch it on at the mains supply. Ensure it is earthed and the plug is easily accessible.
Set the thermostat control knob to a midway setting (3-4). This is usually the most suitable for normal use.
Adjust the slider control on the back wall of the fridge section to a midway position between 'MIN' and 'MAX'.
Allow the appliance to run for approximately 4 hours to reach the correct temperature before placing food inside.
